The energy saving system used is by placing LED backlights on the panel’s top and bottom area that will provide light at the centre of the 37 inch screen. Without applying the LED light on the entire surface, the display panel is much thinner and the energy level saved will be higher.

This LCD model feature a much simpler TV Panasonic has designed to avoid the boxy look that the brand is known for. The bottom front panel of the LCD TV is fitted with a series of indicator lights and is clean from on board buttons which are placed at the side of the panel to make it less visible from the eyes. Although the LCD TV is fitted with the SD/SDHC card slot, the slot only supports JPEG playbacks and consumers will not be able to listen to music, watch movies or videos when plugging in the external SD card.
